Invigilation

Invigilation is a requirement. Not everyone will have to invigilate however please indicate which days are most convenient for you. Ideally no-one will need to do more than one day if selected however please indicate ALL days that are possible for you. If you have a special reason why you cannot invigilate please provide further info. Once a schedule has been decided those individuals selected will be contacted via email to discuss further and confirm.

Choose how many artworks you would like to submit and the fill out the relevant form fields. Submission fee is £11 per artwork. Please note that it may be difficult to accept a high volume of larger artworks. It is ESSENTIAL that you provide an image that is HIGH QUALITY and WELL LIT. Images MUST NOT feature any frame, shadows, added text or watermark, and must represent the artwork well. Images will be used to advertise and sell your work and will be included in the catalogue. Submissions may be refused if photos are not of adequate quality. For artwork filenames please replace YOURNAME with your first and last name, ie, “artwork_1_ROBSMITH” – IMPORTANT this is the name of your file and must match the jpg you are uploading
